Ride concepts by WRLDS

For the Chillafish design team

Make every ride play longer

Three early ideas for adding simple electronics to Chillafish ride-ons. Push, glide and brake to see and hear how your products could respond. No screen and no app needed.

Pick a ride

Each idea starts from a product you already make.

Ride simulator A child rides a Chillafish ride-on along a park path with chalk metre markers. Lights and sound effects show how the product could respond to pushing, gliding and braking.

Notes for your designer

Pick a card to try it in the ride above.

Built to play longer

The same principles hold for all three ideas.

No screen needed

The fun happens on the ride, so kids keep moving. A parent app can come later if it adds real value.

Toy-friendly parts

Proven, readily available parts: a motion sensor, a small microcontroller, LEDs and a speaker, designed around your retail price and volumes.

Child-safe build

Sealed electronics, a battery door with a child-safe screw and no small loose parts.

One core, many rides

The same module can fit balance bikes, BMXie Vrooom and scooters, each with its own lights and sounds.

How we would start

Four steps from this page to a product you can ride.

  1. 1

    Pick together

Choose one product and one play idea with your designer.

  2. 2

    Working prototype

We build it into a real Chillafish product, so you can ride it.

  3. 3

    Test with kids

Tune lights, sounds and glide thresholds after real rides.

  4. 4

    Ready for production

A production-ready design for your manufacturer, at your target price.

Which ride should we try first?

WRLDS develops sensors, electronics and software with product brands, from first idea to production-ready design.
